Almonte Artist Loft
"Our stay in the Artist Loft was perfect. It is situated very centrally in a wonderfully interesting and serene setting (galleries, waterfalls, converted mills...) and the loft itself is artistically decorated while being very thoughtfully/practically put together. It was one of our favourite stops in Canada (not least because the bed is the most comfortable we have stayed in!) Diana was absolutely fantastic; a welcoming host and a very interesting, talented person. If you get the chance, head over to the post office to check out her work. My only gripe is a self-inflicted one - that we didn't stay for more than one night!"

"Everything was as advertised, the flat is bigger than it looks in the pictures (usually it is the reverse!) and was lovely, clean and centrally located. A beautiful building, with all amenities. I will recommend it to all my friends coming to Almonte."
"... It's a very compact and cozy loft, with modern and tasteful furnishings. The kitchen had a wide variety of appliances and utensils. The bathroom was clean and upscale. Our host provided towels, and the small added touch of having some toothbrushes for us (she said these are things people tend to forget and she was right, we forgot!) was a nice added touch. The bed was super comfortable. The loft located right in the heart of Almonte in a building full of art and a massage therapist, in is right near all the quaint shops and restaurants. It's a quick walk to the distinct areas of town. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, or if you decide for a few extra days, you can stock up the fridge, sit back and relax. A fantastic location, and a fantastic host."

"This condo has everything you need from spices to extra pillows even the guitar is in tune! It is extremely clean and comfortable especially the bed which is wonderful. A nice touch is the abundant amount of local knowledge. Lots of recommendations on where to eat and shop. Highly recommended!"
